Edwin
Pietersen
Edwin is co-founder of the Greenchild Foundation, an NPC focused on facilitating SETA learnerships for people with disabilities, as well as Mitra OD Consulting, an organisational effectiveness consultancy. He holds a B.Comm and post-graduate B.Phil degree in Logistics, Supply Chain & Transport Economics. Edwin is a certified PCC coach, mentor, and business consultant with a strong IT bend.
In the past, Edwin held the role of Operations Manager for an international strategic sourcing specialist company where he spent 8 years. He managed the operational merger of two sourcing teams (South Africa & Russia) and lead the joint team, focusing on transition management, and cultural integration.
Nowadays, his passion is utilising SETA-based coaching, mentoring and training to develop disadvantaged youth, as well as leaders and teams in the business sphere., and is known for his encyclopaedic knowledge on the subject.

Peter
Ross
Peter is a registered Chartered Accountant CA(SA) and BBBEE expert.
His background includes holding the positions of Financial Director, Commercial Director and Fruit Export Director of the Blue Continent Group, who were the primary trading arm of the listed company Oceana, for 15 years. He founded ActivPro Business Solutions in 2005.
He has held numerous positions at various institutions:
•Current Board Member and Councillor of the Cape Chamber of Commerce & Industry
•Current Honorary Treasurer of the Cape Chamber of Commerce & Industry
•Current Board member of the Association of BEE Professionals
•Previous Chair and current committee member of Cape Coast Chapter (Cape Chamber of Commerce & Industry)
Peter is highly regarded within the business community and is known for high level strategy formulation and BBBEE consulting, transformation planning and implementation.
